What is your return policy? We accept returns for store credit within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact email@example.com. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition (new/unworn) with all original tags and packaging when they are returned to us. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items returned to you. All accessories, intimates, tights, sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. How do I make a Return for Store Credit? Step 1: Log in your account and submit a ticket to let us assist you with your return procedure. Step 2: Notify us which items you’d like to return by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Step 3: Package the item(s) up. Keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Step 4: Send the package and provide your return tracking# for us. Step 5: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully to us, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the store credit for you as soon as possible. Step 6: Normally please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your store credit.
